Our development team requires the service of a creative and multi-talented graphics designer. The graphics designer will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact and must interpret the desired message. In addition to our digital marketing strategy & plan, Webkraft, LLC requires experienced sales & marketing professionals to execute offline marketing plans. The primary objective is to ensure the offline market is not completely neglected. Selected applicants will also be responsible for the sales & marketing of offline products & services. Typical work activity includes relatonship building, generating sales, following up with potential customers amongst several others.
Business development is a combination of strategic analysis, marketing and sales. This position requires applicant to be involved in everything from the development of Webkraft, LLC products & services to the creation of marketing strategies, generation of sales/leads to negotiating and closing deals. The job also covers the responsibility of identifying new business opportunities whether that means new markets, new partnerships with other businesses, new ways to reach existing markets, new products or service offering and exploitation of these opportunities to bring in more revenue.
One of the primary responsibility of the help desk personnel is to ensure that clients receive adequate technical support services on time. The help-desk personnel is expected to respond to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolate problem, determine and implement appropriate solution. Applicants must have remarkable ability to work under pressure and a sound reputation of customer relationship building and management.
